1.Visa Requirements: Check if you need a visa to enter Ghana and apply in advance if necessary. Only registered participants will receive formal invitation for visa application.
2. Passports: All persons entering Ghana must have a valid passport or Travel Document establishing the identity of the holder. Travel Documents include Laisser-Passer and other travel documents issued by International Agencies recognised by the Government of Ghana.
4. Vaccinations: Consult your doctor for the necessary vaccinations.
5. Travel Insurance: It is advised to have a travel insurance to cover unexpected medical or travel-related expenses.
At the Airport
1. Arrival Procedures: Be prepared to go through the immigration process, customs, and baggage claim.
2. Currency Exchange: Exchange your currency to Ghanaian cedis (GHS) or use an ATM to withdraw cash.
3. Transportation to Conference Venue: There are ride-hailing services and airport taxi services at the Kotoka International Airport to the STC bus terminal in Accra. Join the bus from the bus terminal to Ho. Once at Ho, any taxi service will take you to your hotel. Alternatively, there will be a bus at the airport for participants and presenters who will arrive at the Kotoka International Airport on 15th November 2025, which will depart directly to the venue at 15:00 GMT.
