To successfully complete your registration for the FATAS Conference 2025, kindly follow the payment guidelines outlined below:
All prospective participants are required to first visit the official registration portal:
Upon successful registration, an email will be sent to you detailing the next steps to follow.
Online Payment
(Recommended Option)
Visit the link below to login to your registration dashboard and initiate payment.
You will be required to provide the email address and password as set during the registration process.• Click on the Make Payment Button to proceed.• You will see the amount to be paid based on the participation type. Please note that you cannot change this value.• Click on Proceed to Pay • Complete the form and select your preferred payment optionBank Payment Option
(Offline Payment)
1. Walk into any networked branch of GCB Bank and make payment for the FATAS Conference using the details provided on the registration portal.
2. Payment must reflect your appropriate category:
o Student – Local or Foreign
o Researcher/Faculty – Local or Foreign
3. After making the payment, obtain a pay-in slip or bank receipt from GCB Bank.
4. Email a clear scanned copy or photo of the bank receipt to the official conference secretariat at: fatasconference@htu.edu.gh.
Confirm your registration status by visiting your dashboard after two working days. Your registration will only be confirmed after verification of payment.
