Peer Review Process

All submitted abstracts are first reviewed by the Scientific and Programme Committee to assess:

• Quality and clarity
• Novelty and originality
• Alignment with the conference theme and sub-themes

Following acceptance for presentation at the conference, authors are invited to submit full papers for consideration for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

All submitted full papers undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review to ensure the highest standards of academic quality, originality, and relevance.

Initial Screening

Each manuscript is first screened by the Editorial Committee for compliance with:

• Conference scope and thematic relevance
• Formatting guidelines
• Ethical standards (including plagiarism checks via trusted software)

Submissions that meet these criteria are assigned to at least two reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area.

Evaluation Criteria

Review Decisions

For manuscripts with revision decisions, authors must address all reviewer comments and resubmit their revised manuscripts within the stipulated timeline. Revised papers may be subject to further review to ensure concerns have been adequately addressed.
